Entrepreneurship Marketing Within the Employment of CRM Case Study in korek Telecom
Abstract
The aim of the research was to identify the possibility of employing CRM to achieve the Entrepreneurship marketing of the organizations. A sample of CRM managers was selected for Cork Telecom. For the purpose of collecting the information, a questionnaire was distributed to the 33 sample members. The statistical program (SPSS, V.12) was used for the purpose of analyzing data to validate research hypotheses (eg arithmetic mean, standard deviation and simple correlation coefficient, which was preceded by the provision of a theoretical framework for customer relationship management and leadership marketing. The researcher reached a number of conclusions, perhaps the most important of which are: Customer relationship management has a significant impact on marketing leadership, and in the light of the conclusions, the researcher presented proposals that emphasize the importance of the subject of customer relationship management to the attention of managers and employees together to achieve Entrepreneurship marketing.
