Environmental Information Characteristics and its Role in Achieving Entrepreneurial Capacity

Abstract

      This study is an attempt to determine the role of the characteristics of information on external environment factors in achieving the pilot capabilities in the Hammam Al_Aleal Factory  of  cement.

       The research is concerned with the need to give the organizations seeking success the necessary attention to external environmental factors and provide the necessary information and characteristics in order to reduce the uncertainties and provide a greater opportunity for the management of organizations to make and make critical decisions when many organizations hesitate to uncertainties in making vital decisions.

    The study was based on an intellectual and field framework in which the practical integration between the characteristics of the environmental information and the strategy of leadership abilities was achieved.

      The study reached a set of conclusions, most notably the existence of links between the characteristics of environmental information and the achievement of leadership capabilities, which demonstrates the importance of environmental information in decision making.

     The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to encourage the organization of innovative and distinguished researchers by honoring them materially and morally and engaging them in developmental and motivational courses to provide the best for their effective role in the organization's ability to lead.
