Requirements of Modern leadership and Organizational Bottlenecks Study of the views of a sample of the heads of departments and units in Mosul Textile Factory
Abstract
The administrative leadership of the Studied organization plays roles that make it closer to modern leadership, at the same time allows it to face organizational bottlenecks.
The problem of the study can be framed in the following question: Does modern organizational leadership have the requisite requirements to contain organizational bottlenecks in its field of work?
The current study adopted the questionnaire as a tool to obtain the information by distributing it to a random sample of 56 members of the heads of departments and units in the Mosul Textile Factory, number of statistical methods were used.
The study reached a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which were the absence of statistically significant differences between the studied variables. The study suggested a number of recommendations.
