Abstract

The objective of the study is to identify the degree of practice of the leadership qualities of the administrative leadership in the University of Tikrit from the point of view of a number of teaching staff in that university. To achieve this goal, the problem of the study was formulated with the main question: What is the degree of leadership leadership skills of the university The study sample). In order to reach answers to the question of the study, its hypotheses were formulated. The questionnaire was used as a main tool in collecting data and information related to the field side of the study, and 250 questionnaires were distributed to a sample of the students of the various scientific titles. 230 forms were retrieved, The results were analyzed by statistical program (SPSS V.21). The study concluded with a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: The characteristics of the servant leadership at an average level in the university are studied. The relative importance of the characteristics of the servant leadership in the university is the sample of the study. Wallace Conclusions The study concluded by presenting the researchers with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is to encourage the administrative leadership in the university to work with modern concepts in leadership such as leadership and adoption as an administrative approach in its management and daily work in the Deanship of Colleges
