Measuring the availability of dimensions of the International Standard of Social Accountability (SA 8000: 2014) An exploratory study of the opinions of teaching staff at Al-Noor Private College

Abstract

One of the main objectives of this research is to measure the availability of the dimensions of the International Standard of Social Accountability (SA 8000: 2014) at Al-Noor Private College in Nineveh Governorate.

            The research sample was tested on the basis of a number of descriptive statistical measures and (t) test as well as (Wilcoxon W) test to achieve the research objectives. The research concluded with a significant result, Was that College which have the dimensions of this international standard at a high level. This result indicates the successful leadership and management style of the College's administrative leadership, which has actively contributed to attracting a large number of Teaching Staff with higher degrees and different Scientific Specializations  in this college, This is a clear indication of the ability of this College to expand, grow and develop in its work and its ability to implement all dimensions of the standard successfully. The researchers also submitted a number of proposals to those administrative leaders, which are consistent with the directions and objectives of this research.
