Measuring the level of the practice of leaders in Al-Hadbaa Private College for the behaviors of the Servant Leadership from the point of view of Teaching Staff

Abstract

One of the most important objectives that the research sought to achieve is to measure the level of the practice of administrative leaders at Al-Hadbaa Private College in Nineveh governorate for the behaviors of the Servant Leadership.


            The research sample included (40) teaching staff in this college, the research hypotheses were tested on the basis of a number of descriptive statistical measures, (t-test), and (Mann Whitney) testing to achieve research objectives. The research concluded that the administrative leadership of the Al-Hadbaa College practices the behaviors of the Servant Leadership at an average level, The administrative leadership of the college has the accumulated experience and knowledge which has given them multiple advantages to deal with all the personnel working in the college, including teaching staff, according to leadership behaviors that are Service oriented, ethical and social in an attempt to preserve this vital resource for the college and to sustain its work throughout its life, The researcher also presented a number of proposals to those administrative leaders, which are consistent with the directions and objectives of research.
