The Conformity between the description of medical administrative functions and their specifications in the framework of functional analysis Analytical study at Al-Khansaa Hospital in Mosul
Abstract
The present research has dealt with the topic of describing and analyzing administrative jobs, have to activate it as well as the role it plays in determining suitable characteristics of the people occupying them in health institution ;taking into consideration Alkhansa pediatric & obstetric hospital as a sample. Therefore; the research has tackled a problem concerning the invisibility of health institutions regarding the description and analysis of the functions of its human resources resulting in a wide drawback in the way, a person occupying the position achieves administrative activities.
Based on what has been preceded, the aim of the research was determined to find ideal consistency between jobs description and characteristics of decision makers in various administrative levels. The research has adapted an analytical descriptive methodology in framing the theoretical aspect so as to attain research field findings.
The most significant among the conclusions attain by the research; including jobs description and analysis for certain medical administrative posts through considering specific position characteristics such as skills , specialization , qualifications and the significance of the jobs .The research recommends that former jobs description and analysis should be reidentified and reactivated ; yet taking into consideration resent developments in the field of human resources.
