The Role of Marketing Management Quality in the Reinforcement of Profit Satisfaction Chain An Exploratory study for Workers Opinions in Fast Food Restaurants
Abstract
The last decades witness a prominent development in services filed which becomes a big importance in countries economics, and this create a strong competition between the presenters, In this condition there is a consciousness between the researchers and the interestings with service activities about the importance of marketing perfection management in services presentation and the enhancement of satisfaction profit chain. So its assisting the organization to pay attention with customer and to continuation of relationship with then. Adding to that, to present what customer needs from goods and services in high quality.
Because of that the current study trying to enhancing of satisfaction profit chain which represented by its variables (performance, customer satisfaction, retention of customer and profit) depending on marketing perfection management which represented by its variables (integral marketing, internal marketing, social marketing and marketing by relationship). This is by applying the study on a sample of fast food restaurants in Mosul City.
The current study trying to find answers about the following questions:
- Is the studied restaurants adopt the marketing perfection management in its work which enhancing customer satisfaction profit chain.
- Is there any conforming relationship between marketing perfection management and satisfaction profit chains .
- Is there any moral impressions for the marketing perfection management variation on the variables of satisfaction profit chain.
- Is there any moral variation in the marketing perfection management variables and the variables of satisfaction profit chain.
To answer these questions the researchers were gave four main hypothesis, which tested by using statistical program SPSS and to analyze data which collected from, a questionnaire that distributed to (36) restaurants, the study achieve to many conclusions and on the light of that many suggestions were presented.
