Abstract

The study aims at determining the role of the organization's characteristics and its impact on improving the quality of health service in selected sample of Saladin Health Department staff Who represent a reliable model in measuring the level of performance of this organization from the administrative and scientific , the problem of the study is that employing the characteristics of an educated organization in health organizations ideally makes these organizations the most efficient and the best in achieving success and win the satisfaction of the client (patient) , And adopted a default scheme for the study through which the objectives and hypotheses of the study were determined. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach to achieve the results, as well as the questionnaire as a main tool in collecting data and information related to the field side of the study. The Saladin health department was selected to study and test its hypotheses. The opinions of (110) staff members were reviewed, and the study came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions for the organization sample study.
