Develop a model of the substantive capabilities of the design team based on the emotional dimension A descriptive study at Istikbal International
Abstract
The objective of this research is to develop the model of CMDM (competencies Model for Design Managers) presented by Hyo-Jin based on Driskill's thesis, the research focused on the emotional dimension to improve the first model from a more comprehensive perspective. This was accomplished by developing the model by the researchers and then test the developed model in the market of Egypt which was the field of the study to measure the research developed model, after measuring the research developed model on the design teams of Istikbal Company and study the strategic actions that reflect the effectiveness of the research developed model. After reaching the results of the research, a number of conclusions were pointed out, the most important of which was that the ECMDM model was valid when measured, and this was clearly reflected in the maturity of strategic actions. This means expanding the competencies perspective of the developed model and produce improved results after inclusion in the Driskill model. This will improve the company's strategic position through emotion-based design.
