The Role of the Founders of the Strategic Orientation in Developing Quality of Health Service A Survey of Sample Opinions in Tikrit General Hospital

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: This research aimed at identifying the role played by the strategic direction in developing the quality of health service.

Research Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive and analytical method to study and analyze the problem and to show the relationship between its variables in Tikrit General Hospital as a field of study and testing its hypotheses. The researcher adopted questionnaire form as a data collection tool. This included taking a random sample of the doctors who work there, 100 copies of which were distributed, 88 of which were valid for measurement. Data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods for the purpose of testing hypotheses.

Results: One of the most important results of the research was the moral impact of the strategic thrusts in developing the quality of health service in Tikrit General Hospital.
