Achieving Outstanding Performance Through ICT Tools: An Exploratory Study of a Number of Colleges of the University of Tikrit

Abstract

     Technological development is one of the most important challenges faced by today's organizations in the external environment and has been reinforced by globalization, which has not been delivered by any organization in the business environment to their strategic role in achieving outstanding performance and sustainability in the field.


   The study dealt with the importance of relying on the scientific competencies and the need to evaluate them and develop their scientific capabilities through the use of modern technologies in the field of their work,The sample of the study consisted of (50) of the teachers in the studied scientific organizations. The hypothesis of the study was tested using a number of statistical tools to highlight the relationship between the study variables in the educational organizations.


    The results of the study revealed a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: The results of the analysis of the initial perception of the teachers of all the variables adopted in the study revealed that their general tendency toward positive trend, which shows that the teachers have a great interest in ICT tools and areas of excellence,


     Based on the findings of the research, the researcher presented a number of proposals, the most important of which is that the educational organizations that are interested in ICT tools and areas of performance should be distinguished in that these tools and fields are integrated among them.
