Abstract

The research aims to specify the nature of the conforming relationship between communication networks and marketing information quality at two branches of Rafidain Bank – Mosul Al – Jadeedah and Khalid Ibn Al – Waleed Branches in the City of Mosul during the month of January, 2014.


A number of (65) questionnaire forms were given to the employees of the two branches mentioned.


 The hypothesis of research was tested using Chi-square method depending on (SPSS-18) statistical program. The research arrived at several conclusions most important of which is the existence of a nominal conforming relationship between communication networks and marketing information quality on both total and partial levels.


 The researchers presented a number of suggestions, most important of which is that it is necessary for the bank under research to concentrate on the usage of  modern communication equipment in order to gain success and so to survive.
