The Role of Strategic Behavior Patterns in Enhancing the Capacities and Capabilities of Educational Leadership, Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Academic Leaders in Iraqi Universities

Abstract

This study is an attempt to identify the role of patterns of strategic behavior in strengthening the capacities and capabilities of leadership, it has been applied to a sample of academic leaders in a number of universities (Tikrit, Kirkuk and Samarra).


   The questionnaire was used as a main tool in collecting data related to the field side of the study. The sample size was (80) head of scientific department and assistant dean.


    The data were tested using the SPSS program and through correlation coefficient and simple linear regression. Relationships and the impact of hypotheses, as well as providing a set of recommendations that contribute to guiding thinking towards supporting strategic behavior patterns in enhancing the leadership capacities and capabilities of educational organizations.
