Some of Parametric Methods for Estimation the Hazard Rate For Reliability Function (Survival ) of Mixture and Contaminated Weibull Distribution with Tow Parameters "Comparative Study’’
Abstract
In this study some of parametric methods were used for the estimation of hazard rate for reliability function (survival function) of mixed and contaminated weibull distribution with tow parameters.
These methods are represented by the methods estimation with the Minimum Distance, maximum likelihood, sample moments , Elmahdy et.al , kececioglu in addition to the graph method , and by using simulation for comparing between the results of these methods we concluded that the MDE method is the best in the case of small samples , while the MLE method is the best in case of large samples
