Addressing Operational Failures Within the Framework of the Use of Sustainable Manufacturing Philosophy
Abstract
The Improving of manufacturing processes is one of the factors driving the adoption of the concept of sustainable industrialization. The basic idea of the research is to address operational failure by adopting sustainable manufacturing dimensions.
The researchers depended on the nature of correlation and impact relationships between the variables of the research on a set of basic and subsidiary hypotheses related to the existence of correlation and significant effect between the dimensions of sustainable manufacturing and operational failure.
A number of questions were identified to clarify the problem of research as follows:
- Does the organization under study have a clear conception of the concept of sustainable industrialization?
- What is the level of focus of the organization under consideration in the dimensions of sustainable industrialization?
- Does the organization under study have a clear conception of the concept of operational failure?
- What level of the organization's focus on knowledge and determine the dimensions of operational failure?
- What is the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of sustainable industrialization and operational failure?
The importance of research in adopting sustainable industrialization strategies to address operational failure as it is a fundamental solution to the problem of acute shortage of natural resources.
In order to reach the objective of the research, Kirkuk Cement Laboratory was selected to apply the field side of the research. The researchers adopted the method of resolution, Spearman Hierarchical Hierarchy (Regression) to measure the relationship and effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable
The study concluded with a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that when the emphasis is placed on sustainable industrialization, the ability to reduce the activities leading to operational failure will increase. The most important recommendations are that the company should have effective programs for sustainable industrialization.
