Abstract

    The aim of the research is to test the effect of the adoption of lean supply chain regulators (process standard and industry standards) in improving the organization's response to its customers.


Research Methodology:


      The researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach to study the problem and analyze it and to explain its variables in the General Company for the manufacture of medicines and medical supplies in Samarra as a field of study and adopted a questionnaire form as a tool to identify the reality of the research variables in the surveyed company. Research hypotheses tested by using appropriate statistical methods (implementation ratio, multiple regression analysis).


Results:


   One of the most important results of the research is that there is a weak significant effect of the standardization of the process and the industrial standards in improving the organization's response to its customers.
